Jana King

Jana deHavilland King is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience in market research, human resources, and operations, having worked with impactful organizations such as L’Oréal and Enterprise Community Partners. As the Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Enterprise Community Partners, Jana plays a critical role in shaping and driving the organization’s DEI strategy while leading the evolution of employee resource groups to foster a culture of inclusion, belonging, and engagement. Her work focuses on creating and delivering resources and programming that provide safe spaces for listening, learning, collaboration, and recognition, all essential to enhancing employee engagement and organizational growth.

Jana’s educational background includes a degree in psychology from Marymount College and a Master of Science in Education (MSEd) in Counseling from Hunter College, where she also served as an adjunct professor. She is a senior fellow of the prestigious New York Community Trust Leadership Fellows program, bringing a wealth of leadership expertise to her work.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jana has always lived a life of service and has a deep passion for the arts. Growing up in New York City, she was immersed in a rich cultural environment that nurtured her love for music and the arts—an influence that has shaped both her personal and professional life.
