Panagiota Betty Tufariello is an Intellectual Property attorney and the founder and principal of Intellectulaw, the Law Offices of P.B.Tufariello, P.C. where she helps business owners and entrepreneurs follow their dreams and achieve their business objectives by securing patents for their inventions; searching, clearing and registering their trademarks; registering their Copyrights; negotiating all sorts of business agreements including licenses; litigating and generally helping them leverage their intellectual property for a better and more secure future.
As an Intellectual Property attorney and linguist (she speaks three languages besides English, namely Greek, Italian, and French, and has a working understanding of Spanish), Ms. Tufariello is also a passionate supporter of the arts and music. She often counsels classical musicians on their Intellectual Property and immigration needs and how to leverage both for the accomplishment of their life goals, including but not limited, Timothy Cobb – principal bass at the NY Philharmonic and Chair of the Juilliard Bass Department, Thomas Martin- Double Bass (England), Vassilis Papavassiliou- principal bassist with the Greek National Opera (Athens, Greece), and Enrico Fagone -Grammy Nominated artist (Lugano, Switzerland). She collaborates with Michael Klinghoffer, Double Bassist and President of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance (JAMD). She is on the Board of Directors of the Long Island Concert Orchestra (LICO). She organized and hosted on May 2, 2024, the “Symphony of Hope – Voices of Humanity in Harmony” concert, performed by LICO for the benefit of The Holocaust Memorial and Tolerance Center and JAMD.
Ms. Tufariello has been an Adjunct Professor at Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, a featured guest speaker, and a contributing writer to several Intellectual Property Law articles.
