Rachel Steinbacher is an actor and singer from Tampa, Florida. She got her start in community theatre and has since gone on to work professionally in regional theatre and opera productions. 
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Music in Classical Vocal Performance from Manhattan School of Music, where she was a recipient of the Birgit Nilsson scholarship award.
Her passion for the arts is all-encompassing, and she is looking forward to starting on this new path in her musical world as an Artistic Administrator.
